Delivery Costs within NZ
Flat Rate $5.50 to Auckland region non-rural address delivery
Other area delivery starts from $6
It will take 1-3 working days for non-rural address delivery and extra 2-3 working days for rural address delivery.

You can return your item to our warehouse in Mt Wellington, Auckland. Please use your order number as the reference number when returning.

As soon as we have received and checked your return items, you will receive refund back the original payment method.

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email for your tracking information. You can use the link attached in your email to check the current status of your parcel at any time.

You will receive your order confirmation within couple hours after placing your order at the email address you provided. If you have not received a confirmation, please check your spam folder or you’ve entered your email address incorrectly. Our customer service will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

We have 5 Payment methods: – Credit Card, Paypal, Afterpay, Laybuy and bank transfer.

Please call us if you want to change or cancel your order. We pick and pack all orders as soon as we receive them, orders can only be changed / canceled before it has been dispatched.

Yes, you can pick up your order from our Auckland warehouse which is based at 8E Donnor Place, Mt Wellington. We open Monday to Friday from 10am to 4:30pm.

We pay great attention to a reliable and fast delivery of your desired products. Unfortunately, it can still happen in individual cases that a package on its way to you can no longer be found in the large number of shipments by the shipping service provider.

To connect your lights, simply remove the power cable from one set of the lights, then pin & align at the end of other set of lights.

Our outdoor festoon light bulbs are replaceable. All other led products have sealed bulbs and not replaceable, but they have around 30,000 hours life span.

All outdoor commercial grade fairy lights have a warranty period of 12 months.
All other products have a warranty period of 6 months.
